b. Misinterpretation of Results: We do not offer refunds based on the interpretation of test results, as the interpretation should be done by a qualified healthcare professional.
c. Incorrect or Incomplete Information: If you provided incorrect or incomplete information during the order process, resulting in misplaced kits or inaccurate lab tests, we are not responsible for refunds or returns.
